Mary-Kate Lynch started dancing at a very young age with Spotlight stage school. She has studied many genres of dance such as jazz, contemporary, hip hop and also Irish dancing. Mary-Kate started Séan-Nós dancing at the age of 13. She has went on to win many titles such as County and Leinster Fleadh titles and she came 3rd in the All-Ireland Fleadh in 2019. Mary-Kate joined Damhsa in 2019 and she is delighted to be a part of this wonderful team.
