Irish Pavilion- Folklorama In Canada
We are delighted to be performing this week with the McDonnell School of Irish Dance. A Fantastic group of Irish dancers who are wowing the crowds with their fantastic dancing skills.

A History Of Irish Dance

Damhsa Opening number – Old Ireland
A fast paced rhythmic routine in costumes from old Ireland that will get your guest clapping along in the aisles
Damhsa Finale
This “Riverdance style” routine with modern costumes builds and builds into a high impact heavy shoe rhythmic dance number
Brush Dance
This fun dance performed with the brush from the west coast of Ireland highlights the sean nós, ‘old style’ traditional Irish dance. Be sure to watch this clip to the end to see when the rest of the lads join in on the fun!
Belvedere Irish Nights
Dublin’s resident Irish music and dance show at the Belvedere Hotel on Denmark Street (just off Parnell Street). Produced and managed by DAMHSA, ‘Belvedere Irish Nights’ is a high energy show that gives a flavour of the different styles of Irish dance along with ballads and songs performed.
Damhsa Juniors
These highly skilled young dancers, ranging in age from 6 to 12 years perform fast pace, high energy routines in traditional Irish costumes choreographed by Michelle Lee and Rachel Byrne. At many corporate events they have been used as guard of honor for guests on arrival.
Damhsa Musicians
Treat your guests to some of Ireland’s famous pub style ballads and songs by some of Ireland’s most talented musicians.
Damhsa Lads Acapella
The lads from Damhsa battle each other to see who has the best rhythms and moves!
